Chess 3.0 But Bigger And Extravaganter
1v1 Multiplayer Fighting Game with chess pieces!
Submitted for the 2023 LowRezJam.
Each piece has special abilities and you need to defeat all of the other opponents to turn them into a king and win.
By using your cycle button you can automatically switch pieces and can use your dash to deal 1 piece of damage.
The game is played on 1 keyboard so grab a friend to try it out!
Controls:
Player1: Player2:
Move -> WASD ArrowKeys
Dash -> E RightShift
Cycle -> R RightCtrl
Special -> F /
Known Bugs:
- When you win theres a door that spawns in the middle right of the screen but the ui for the win blocks it i just didnt have time to fix it for the jam.

Honestly this is pretty good, I think that with some music it would be super sick! I really like the dash, it feels really good, like the celeste dash, y'know? Also love that you can move the particles of the pieces after you kill em.
